My favorite item is out of stock, will it be back in stock?
If the article is a continuation, surely yes! Enter the email in the appropriate field to receive the notification when it becomes available!
How often do new products come out?
We never stop! Sign up for the newsletter to be notified whenever a new article is launched!
I can't proceed with the order, what happens?
First check that your shipping, billing and payment details are correct, then make sure you are using a recent version of your browser. If the problem persists, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days of purchase. If you have requested Express shipping, the order will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. During holidays, orders are processed within 4 working days of purchase.
OPS! I need to change my order, what do i do?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com, specifying the order number as the subject.
Where can I find the order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and an email notification of shipment as soon as the order is processed. If you have not received the emails, check the Junk Mail folders and add firstname.lastname@example.org as a safe address.
What should I do if the item arrives damaged?
If the item arrives damaged, send us an email within 72 hours of receiving the product, send us an email to email@example.com attaching photos of the damaged item and specifying the order number as the subject.
How should I handle the product?
We do not recommend wearing jewelry while showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products as they contain solvents that could damage the outer layer of the plating.
Do not use harsh chemicals, bleaches, oils, or polishing cloths, these can affect the finish.
We also recommend for better protection of your jewelry, to use the supplied cleaning bag.
For better cleaning and to avoid scratches, it is recommended to use a cotton cloth to polish the jewelry. For more information see our Jewerly Care page.
