When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days of purchase. If you have requested Express shipping, the order will be processed within the next 24 hours of purchase. During holiday periods, orders are processed within 4 working days of purchase.
OPS! I need to change my order, how do I do it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com, specifying the order number as the subject.
Where can I find the order confirmation?

If the item arrives damaged, send us an email within 72 hours of receiving the product, send us an email to email@example.com attaching photos of the damaged item and specifying, as the subject, the order number.
