I can't proceed with the order, what's happening??
First check that your shipping, billing and payment information is correct, then make sure you are using a recent version of your browser. If the problem persists, contact us at info@iefeilabel.it.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days of purchase. If you have requested Express shipping, the order will be processed within the next 24 hours of purchase. During holiday periods, orders are processed within 4 working days of purchase.
OPS! I need to change my order, how do I do it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@iefeilabel.it, specifying the order number as the subject.
 
Where can I find the order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a shipping notification email as soon as the order is processed. If you have not received the emails, check your Junk Email folder and add info@iefeilabel.it as a secure address.
What should I do if the item arrives damaged?
If the item arrives damaged, send us an email within 72 hours of receiving the product, send us an email to info@iefeilabel.it attaching photos of the damaged item and specifying, as the subject, the order number.
